Private Medical Insurance
We can provide receipts for most major private health providers including but not limited to Simply Health and Westfield which allows you to claim back the cost of your visit as per your own individual terms and conditions. Please ask any of our podiatrists for a receipt when you make payment and we will provide additional required information such as our HCPC number and sign the receipt. Please check with your own insurance provider how they work as all payments must be made by the customer at the appointment, we regretfully cannot invoice insurance providers for payment

Cancellation Policy
We totally understand patients may need to change their plans from time to time which may include being unable to attend their planned appointment. The clinic has a waiting list for urgent appointments and when an appointment is cancelled this allows us to offer the slot to another patient.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment please cancel providing at least 24 hours notice.
Failing to attend or cancel appointments may incur a non attendance fee.
More clinics in the UK are starting to charge for appointments at the time of booking to mitigate non attendance. We will only charge in advance where a patient repeatedly fails to attend or cancels given 24 hours notice.
